Someone has probably said this but I bet you anything Alex Greenwald will be Ryan's new ~singer.

My opinion is that Brendon/Spencer will still be able to go on without them (music-wise. I don't know about the rest) but Ryan/Jon will slowly fade into existence and just play music for their hippie friends.
